House has 4 rooms:
– two double-bed rooms
– two double-bed rooms with extra bed
Dimensions of beds are 190 x 180 cm
… and 2 Apartments:
– one double-bed apartments
– one four-bed apartment, two double-bed rooms
Dimensions of beds are 200 x 160 cm
Every room has:
– bathroom
– balcony on south side – sea side with best view on little islands wich are in the front of city Hvar
– SAT – TV Astra
– seperate enterance for all rooms
– ceiling fan above bed
– fridge
Rooms have a big useable kitchen for plus charge.
Every Apartment has:
– bathroom with shower 90 x 90 cm
– kitchen
– balcony on south side – sea side with best view on little islands wich are in the front of city Hvar
(accept apartment No. 1 which has balcony on north side)
– SAT – TV Astra
– separated entrances for all apartments
– Air-condition ( 1 kW/hour = 0,13 EUR)
