A few things to know.

Enquiries and confirmation

Send your dates, guest numbers and preferred apartment through the contact form. We will reply with availability, the price and the arrangements for your stay. Sending an enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. No deposit is required.

Prices and extras

Published seasonal rates are indicative, based on the previous website tariff. Please request the final quotation for your dates. Air conditioning is charged by consumption at €0.13 per kWh. The previous tariff lists shared kitchen use at €2 per person per day; confirm its application in your quotation.

Rain and fog offer

The existing room-rate offer gives a 50% reduction when rain lasts more than one continuous hour in a day, or visibility falls below one kilometre due to fog. Please confirm which accommodation and charges the offer applies to when arranging your stay; it is not automatically calculated on this website.

Parking and personal assistance

Parking is limited, subject to availability and advance confirmation. Complimentary arrival assistance, transfers or local guidance may be possible by prior arrangement, depending on the hosts’ availability. These services are not guaranteed.

House information

Breakfast is not offered. There is no hot tub. Guest dogs and cats are not accepted, as stated in our existing house information. Apartments 1–4 share one kitchen; Apartments 5 and 6 have private kitchens. All six have a sea-view balcony.

Final arrangements

Arrival and departure times, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and any minimum stay will be confirmed with your individual offer before you agree to the reservation.
